I've Made Friday Week 27

I hope you are all having a good week

It's Friday already and the weekend is nearly here :-)

We are planning a quiet weekend.

Hubby has some jobs around the house

to do so I'll be keeping Little Red out of his way.

He can help with some things

but when he is fitting the bathroom heater it won't be safe.

This week I finished my gran's shawl

I also made a couple of newborn beanie hats

for a charity for young mums

I also finished a Daisy Hat

this will be a future free pattern.

I've also finished some of my penguin hats

I'm still reading my book so you'll have to wait another week

for my review, sorry!

Donation Day

Well today I finally finished my donations

& made it to the post office.

If you are interested in making things for charity

here is what I sent my items to today.

I made 2 Angel Bear Blankets

Project Hope Organization.

but don't have the time this year is:

Crochet\Knitted Square Competition 2012

this is a fantastic competition & the squares

you make are put towards making

some wonderful things for charity.

The competition is being held on Facebook and I would highly 

recommend it!

This charity event is being held in the UK 

but the items made are donated to a South African Orphanage 

As it's a competition there are prizes for the winners.
