Tuesday's Patterns Week 7

Good Morning everyone!
I hope your week is going well.

Little Red had a stomach migraine and was sick at 3am Monday morning.
He'd fallen back to sleep so it was
a case of waking him up & showering him.
As you may have guessed Monday was a bit of a right off.
He was fine when he woke up later on in the morning
so hopefully he will be at school by the time you are reading this.

We took him to his first adult party on Saturday night.
It was my cousins 40th birthday party.
We let him stay till 9pm (mostly because I needed to go to bed).
He was so well behaved.
Luckily they had put bubbles on each table so he had fun with them.
Granddad even got up and danced with him.

This week in honour of Mollie Makes
the theme is Roses.

I decided to try out another rose pattern.
crocheted roses

I used a 3.5mm(E) hook
& Aran (10ply)
I think if I made another one I wouldn't make as many petals or
I would use a finer yarn.
This was a really easy pattern to follow & there
are even step by step photo's to follow.
Now here is the rose I made:

I think it turned out really well!

Thursdays Homemade love is also going to be about Roses.
Make sure you come back as there are links to some
beautiful things!

Now it's your turn to link
to any patterns you want to promote/link to

  1. Cute pattern!
I've noted it and will give it a try since I'm always on the lookout for generic flowers to attach to various projects.
    Thanks for sharing :)
